We're over the moon to share that Prep Kitchen has been recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2025!

What makes this award extra special is that it's based on feedback from the people who know us best - the Prep Kitchen team.

It's easy to say you're a great place to work, but it means a whole lot more when your staff agree. We are passionate about creating healthy, high-quality, chef-cooked meals, but more importantly, we've always tried to build a company where everyone has a voice, where people can grow as well as the business, and where they're genuinely happy to be part of the journey.

This feels like one of our biggest milestones yet. It's a real honour to build something with people who not only believe in what we're doing, but actually enjoy being part of it too. That means more than we can say.
