Prep Kitchen x PrimeTime 2026 UK Sweeptake
The sweepstakes runs from the first World Cup match until the final whistle of the World Cup Final.
No purchase necessary.
Open to residents of the UK who are 18+.
Entry requires:
- Signing up to the PK database during the Promotional Period via the sweepstakes entry form.
- Acceptance of sweepstakes terms & conditions.
Prize:
- TBC
- Winners will be determined by the country randomly allocated during the scratch game. If your country wins the World Cup Final, you win a prize.
- Internet access and a valid email address are required.
- Maximum one entry per person.
- To guarantee delivery of your prize, winners must confirm their beer preference (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and T-shirt size within 7 days of being contacted.
- Prizes will be shipped within 28 days of the end of the World Cup tournament.

Prep Kitchen – Full Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter:

2. Eligibility:
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees (and immediate family members) of the Promoter, its group companies, or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion are not eligible.
3. No Purchase Necessary.
4. Promotion Period:
The sweepstakes runs from the first World Cup match until the final whistle of the World Cup Final.
5. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must access the sweepstakes via the scratch game sent to their personal email.
Entry requires: sign-ups to the PK database and acceptance of PK Marketing communications during the Promotional Period via the giveaway entry form.
6. Entry Limitations:
Maximum one (1) entry per person.
Only one (1) prize per household.
Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.
7. Requirements:
Internet access and a valid email address are required.
8. The Prize:

There will only be one (1) winner.
9. Winner Selection:
Winners will be determined by the country randomly allocated during the scratch game. If your country wins the World Cup Final, you win a prize.
10. Winner Notification:
The winner will be contacted via the email used to enter the promotion within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner must respond to confirm acceptance of the prize within seven (7) days. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the prize being awarded to a reserve.
11. Prize Fulfilment:
Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the participant accepting the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for undelivered prizes if contact details are incorrect.
12. Data Protection:
Personal data will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (Privacy Policy – Prep Kitchen UK). Entrants can unsubscribe from partner marketing at any time via email preferences.
13. Additional Terms:
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
In the event the prize is unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
Entrants must not have previously published or shared content likely to damage PK's reputation. Breach of this clause may result in disqualification.
14. Liability:
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, network failure or other issues outside of its control. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
15. Disqualification:
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries or participants if there are reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these terms has occurred.
16. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
17. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found at [https://prepkitchen.co.uk/privacy-policy]. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with entrants.
18. If any part of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
19. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
20. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
21. These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
