Paul Mason - Head of Food

Paul has years of experience in the world of Michelin-starred food, and comes to Prep Kitchen with a star-studded history, having previously worked with Heston Blumenthal, Michel Roux and Gordon Ramsay (to name a few!). After leaving the world of fine dining, Paul designed, developed and cooked the menus for most of the business and first-class flights leaving the UK.


Michelin-trained Paul is Head of Food at Prep Kitchen. He is responsible for creating and developing the meals on the mouthwatering Prep Kitchen menu.
