For the last 4 years of competing in CrossFit, I have competed at sanctioned and two semi final events as an elite individual, and been within the Top 10 UK females athletes consistently over the last 3 years.

I have developed so much as an athlete in a short space of time physically and mentally. It’s exciting to see what the future holds.
