Olympic weightlifting is a sport I love, but I have always struggled with eating a high protein diet and cutting to comp weight. Prep Kitchen has been my rock throughout competitions and I couldn’t build the strength I have without them. Nor could I have got down to comp weight!

Maddy is an Olympic weightlifter - she was English champion in the under 20’s at U 59 kg and 2nd in British Championships under 20`s U 59 kg.
