Joe Truman - Team GB Cyclist

Prep Kitchen has been instrumental in helping me achieve my nutrition goals during training blocks because I can very quickly see exactly what I'm putting into my body, whilst cutting out the preparation time.

Joe, who hails from Petersfield in Hampshire and trains at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester, is a sprint track cyclist. He recently won a team sprint silver medal at the 2023 European Championships. He is also a World Championship silver medallist and double Commonwealth Games silver medallist in the team sprint.
