Prep Kitchen makes eating delicious healthy meals easy. I have to balance working full time six days a week alongside a full time training schedule so I have very little time for anything else. My weekly deliveries from Prep Kitchen mean I can continue to put all my focus into my training, whilst ensuring my nutrition is taken care of with a variety of delicious meals.

Georgia was a member of the GB Diving Team & actively competes in Crossfit Games.
