Prep Kitchen has made my life as a CrossFit athlete as well as full time student so much easier, not only for the convenience but the meals taste amazing and ensure that I get in the right macros/nutrients to fuel me for my training sessions around my busy schedule!

Emily is an elite CrossFit athlete. She also competes in weightlifting, representing British Weightlifting with the Talent Transfer Cohort. Emily has been competing in CrossFit for four years and hopes to compete at the Commonwealth Games in weightlifting.
