From a young age I have always had the passion to immerse myself in elite sports and have always been known to be a quick learner!
For the last 4 years of competing in CrossFit, I have competed at sanctioned and two semi final events as an elite individual, and been within the Top 10 UK females athletes consistently over the last 3 years.
